CPU Card - IB930 - IBASE

IBASE released its IB930 half size PISA CPU card that incorporates the Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset for Embedded Computing. The new CPU card consist Intel 945GM Graphic Memory Controller Hub (GMCH) and Intel  I/O Controller Hub 7-M (ICH7-M), an optimized integrated graphics solution with a 533MHz and 667MHz front-side bus. The IB930, a low-power designed CPU card, is validated with the Intel  Core 2 Duo and Intel  Core  Duo processors on 65nm process. It has a dual-channel DDR2 socket on board that supports up to 2GB of DDR2 system memory.

The IB930 CPU card integrates powerful 3D graphics engine, operates at core speeds of up to 400 MHz and supports Dual Independent Display technology as well as Dynamic Video Memory Technology (DVMT). Gigabit network connectivity comes with the Marvel PCI-Express Ethernet controller. Additionally, IB930 offers advanced and useful features such as Compact Flash socket, four serial ports, five USB ports, two SATA ports, a Mini PCI expansion socket, digital I/O and watchdog timer.
