AXIOMTEK has released its GOT-3840TL 8.4-inch fanless touch panel computer for HMI (Human Machine Interface) applications. The new touch panel computer supports NEMA4/IP65 compliant front bezel. The GOT-3840TL is equipped with a 8.4-inch SVGA TFT LCD display, supports an AMD LX800 500MHz processor. The GOT-3840TL touch panel computer is suitable for limited space applications such as building automation, transportation, parking field surveillance and control platforms on ships.

The GOT-3840TL touch panel computer reserved a Mini PCI slot and an optional WLAN antenna 802.11b/g. User can instantly access wireless LAN by simply plugging in the Mini PCI WLAN card. This industrial touch panel computer employ a vibration-resistant design to overcome vibration up to 1.3G (5~500Hz).

GOT-3840TL touch panel computer support several embedded operating systems including Windows CE.NET, Windows XP, and Windows XP Embedded. The GOT-3840TL also supports powerful I/O's including watchdog timer, two RJ-45 ports, three COM ports, two USB 2.0 ports, audio (Line-out), CompactFlash and VGA. Wide range software compatibility allows developers to quickly and easily bring devices to market.
