Advansus introduced its i915GV2-LEI mini-ITX motherboard. The i915GV2-LEI is low power, low cost motherboard, based on Intel mobile Pentium M processors. The i915GV2-LEI motherboard is designed for multimedia applications, and has variety integrated features such as 6-CH HD Audio, 2-CH LVDS, Dual Gigabit LAN, eight USB ports, one PCI interface and two COM ports.

Multimedia features of Advansus i915GV2-LEI mini-ITX motherboard
The i915GV2-LEI motherboard applies the 82915GV GMCH system chip, which integrates the GMA 900 (Graphics Media Accelerator). This enables the motherboard to offer incredible visual quality, superlative 3D performance and versatile display options. The GMA 900 accelerator supports accelerated DirectX 9 & 3D graphics capabilities and widescreen LCD displays. It also supports DVMT 3.0 (Dynamic Video Memory Technology) with a video memory up to 128 MB. An onboard Realtek ALC650 codec chip supports 6-channel audio. One built-in Chrontel CH7308B LVDS transmitter enables an LVDS display up to 24-bits with a maximum pixel rate of 165MP/s. The system memory is flexible with one 240-pin DIMM socket supporting DDR2 400/533 up to 1 GB SDRAM.

The i915GV2-LEI mini-ITX motherboard supplies high speed networking and I/O connections. Eight USB 2.0 ports provide high-speed I/O transmission at 40X the speed of USB 1.1. Two RJ-45 LAN ports are driven by the Realtek RTL8110SC chip for dual 10/100/1000 Ethernet communications. Two SATA ports facilitate data transfers at 300MB/s for storage devices. One PCI slot is available for system expansion. Two serial ports are ideal for multiple peripherals applications (such as POS).
