Time Attendance Data Transfer

There are several data transfer methods possibly used for transferring attendance data to host computer:

• When employee enter their ID,  the attendance-data immediately transferred to host-computer. This real-time data acquisition open opportunity to make a real time employee tracking system.
• Not real-time. The attendance data is stored on machine memory. Data reading can only be initiated by software at host computer.
• The low-cost method. Similar to the previous, the attendance data is stored on machine memory. When we need the attendance data (for example in one week period), we should bring notebook to the machine, plug communication device and download the data to notebook. This low-cost method can be used in rural environment, or in building, which have no network infrastructure.
